Arch Linux DNScrypt DNScrypt-proxy ODROID-U3 systemd

The latest version of DNScrypt-proxy does not use anymore a single configuration file (“/etc/conf.d/dnscrypt-proxy”) but instead completely relies on systemd.
Configuration is now split in two different files.
